The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable and we had a good experience overall."

"Highly recommend! We were in a second floor room with a beautiful view of the River. While out around town, my wife fell and broke her ankle. I called from the emergency room in Taos and explained that I didn't think there was any way she could navigate the steps and it was our last night there. The young lady on duty informed me that they didn't have any ground level rooms available, but she called the owner and they moved us to a ground level suite at a sister hotel in town, no charge! Now...

"No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. "
