"Poor communication and management.
I was given a parking discount code, but it doesn't work on the app and the QR code. The lady at the front desk doesn't know what to do, and I called the app's customer service, they also don't know. So I had to pay the full price. The second day, another person at the front desk told me that I need to pay at the machine, but there's no machine at the parking lot. The machine is actually at International Center, which is a different building. Took me at least 3...
