"Unbearable stay – Zero air conditioning or fans, terrible customer service ​Do not stay here unless you enjoy sleeping in a sauna. ​I booked a two-night stay and it was an absolute nightmare. There was no air conditioning and not even a simple fan in the room. It was boiling hot, making it virtually impossible to sleep. ​When I went to reception to ask for an AC unit or at least a basic table fan, all I received was a dismissive "sorry" with zero attempt to resolve the issue or make the room...

"It was great for a quick overnight. Room was clean and quiet. It was a bit confusing to find my room but once I got it figured out it was good."

"Great location, affordable and neat. Pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great. Some issues stocking items like cups for the coffee machine (used the last cup on my first day but then stayed 4 nights without), sandals, towels but staff made efforts. TV screen was useless due to system update issues. Ventilation was not great while pod was locked so we had to keep it open to get some fresher cooler air at night."
