"The ad said there is a pool - THERE IS NOT. Check-in was fast but the guy was hard to understand. The room was cold, the tub had yellow stains (pee?) and hair, there was hair and cobwebs everywhere, the room was tiny for a "suite", the coffee machine was covered with white staining, the shower handle and toilet flush handle were very loose, and there were ants walking all over the bathroom. The pillows on the bed had hair from previous guests. The woman running the restaurant was very grumpy. Included breakfast was as basic as basic gets - not even eggs. Cleanliness is most definitely NOT a priority at this place!! I tried to speak to a manager but was denied. I was told I would be moved to a different room later that morning (which means if I had complained the night before, they had no other room to give me), and they ended up upgrading me to a normal sized room that was considered fancy. The sink was plugged and needed attention which they dealt with adequately except to leave a rubber glove on the sink, residue on the counter and remove the bath mat without replacing it. Also the fan sounded like a motorcycle engine, but no ants. Credit to Samjhana at the front desk for her efforts to fix the situation. The price, and a supposed 4.7/5 rating was the reason for choosing this hotel, but whoever called it 4.7 must be used to a cardboard box in a junkyard. After that first night, I doubt I would ever go back to this hotel again!!"
