"• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants)
• The apartment is as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient.
• There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it.
• The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They attended immediately to anything I asked for.

"I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! "Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. Highly recommend!!!"

"Room was spotlessly clean. The internet is satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and safe and very centrally located. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient and proper pots and pans and the lack of a microwave oven (although I discovered it is difficult to find ready-made meals in Rabta). Other than that, I totally enjoyed my stay."
