"Si quieres conocer Washington DC y quieres un hotel excelente calidad-precio, este es perfecto!. En si el hotel muy comodo (3.5- 4 estrellas), el cuarto excelente. Comodo y bien equipado. Abajo un bar, restaurante y su pequeña tienda. El sector súper tranquilo para caminar sin problemas. La calle de atrás hay full restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Alado del hotel hay un restaurante super bien ranqueado y un supermercado a media cuadra. El servicio al cliente bueno, nada del otro mundo. Ubicación: a 10 minutos caminando a la estación de tren y a 3 minutos en bus. La parada del bus es literalmente al pie. Desde la estación de metro hasta el centro de Washington son 30-35 min. En general, incluso al aeropuerto puedes moverte super bien en Metro sin necesidad de taxis o Uber. Relación costo/beneficio 100/100. Recomendado."

"When booking with Expedia, you have to be very careful as to the room that you book. I booked a deluxe queen room and in the picture and description it was a large room. When we arrived they told us that they could do an early check in andasked us if it was just the two of us which we agreed, and we were given an extremely small room actually, the smallest washroom I’ve ever seen out in a hotel. When our friends checked in and booked after us with our information and the same type of room, they receive the type of room that we had seen online and actually booked when I complained to the hotel saying this was unfair. They told me they didn’t have one available and therefore couldn’t move us. It was very disappointing that we paid the same price and we were in a room that was 1/3 the size. They also added the excuse that the rooms vary in this hotel under that room category. I don’t think that any customer should pay the same price for a room. That’s basically a birdcage compared to the other room. How do we not have this very poor experience, but could not be resolved to any satisfaction then I probably would’ve given this property a five star rating. The valet staff and housekeeping were amazing."

"Room was really clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, they leave some slippers in the room that are very helpful at your arrival; the breakfast was very good and the drinks at the bar were also very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the valet parking guys were kind and fast to bring the car. The reception area of the hotel was clean and smell pleasant also the elevator smells great. The towels in the room were very clean amd smell great. I love this hotel and I hope they have more of them around the Country. I give them 5 stars and I would return again for sure in future. "
