"They call the hotel "snug" and they're not joking. The room is so small that you have to go outside to change your room. The bed was tugged in among three walls, with a shelf right next to it. The bed was kinda lumpy and very hard to get out, and you have to crawl on top of the person next to you to go to bathroom at night. There's no place to move around. However, the room was clean, the staff was nice, great location in the middle of the city center. But I think this is the room for one person. They do have bigger rooms and we probably do that if we ever go back."
"This property is great. Parking is plentiful and it’s quiet. The staff are lovely and the rooms and public spaces are nice. The bar is in the restaurant so we never used it (which is probably good - the restaurant always seemed full). On that note, we did eat in the restaurant and it was very good. The roasts looked amazing. We did picky bits from starters and sides and all were lovely. The breakfast is good. It can get busy and the scrambled eggs are sometimes quite wet (but not always). Overall, it was a 5* experience as anything less than ideal (and there was very little) was far outweighed by how hard the staff worked and how kind they all were. :)"
"Great staff, super helpful with all questions (where to park, how to get around) and all were so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but I must say the pictures on the Hotel.com website make it look much brighter and more contemporary than irl. Elevator was broken during our stay, they had bellhops to help with luggage. Would stay here again, good location and fair price."
