"I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. "Once we found it it was fine. Two different GPS methods took us in wrong directions and we had to ask 4 different people for directions to the hotel on a rainy night! Nice hotel otherwise."

"If i can add images I would. I’ve stayed before and it was not like this. Broken bed, vulgarity on the windows, dirty tub, nasty floors, ppl living in the hotel, laundry in the halls, ran out of blankets… I would never stay here again."

"Very clean, comfortable hotel with one-bedroom suites. Pretty and well maintained. It offers limited bar food but, surprisingly, no bar (no liquor license). We went to Ruby Tuesday’s next door for dinner - very meh. Anyway, hotel and staff are great but find dinner elsewhere. Also quite easy access to the airport."

"On weekends, their bar is closed. People were smoking a joint on the patio. The room reminded me of the 90s. To top it off, the henge on the bathroom door was loose, causing the door to not fully close at all. Staff were friendly though, but feel the rooms could use a renovation. "

"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. Subsequently, there was a sign hanging that said the deposit was supposed to be in cash. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. When...
