"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all. "The room was clean but there was no desk or chest for storing clothes. There was no place to hang any clothes. A grab bar in the shower blocked the full operation of the water control - something an idiot would do."

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper and someone should have brought the toilet paper to our room."
