The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. "I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!"

"Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well.
