"Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast, needed more people to help. Paying for parking was ridiculous, not gated. This is not in Manhattan. Lots of broken tiles in shower, soaps pulled off the wall and instead of fixing they just leave on the floor of the shower. Elevators were not functioning correctly, constant motion so if you got on at 2 you had to go all the way up and then back down to one."
