"Quite literally the worst hotel option possible. Walked in at 9:20, before check in cut off, and the front desk lady said she ran out of keys…? So after 10 minutes she hands me a key, walk to the room, open the door to beer cans and a clearly slept in bed. I bolted out, scared. Ran to the desk to request another room, she gave us the new room key, got to the room and it smelt of weed, smoke, and other indescribable scents. Again, ran to the front to request a refund. "This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"I was very mad at the Hotel and Expedia. I made reservations to stay one night and much to my surprise the Hotel had been over booked and they did not hold and honor my reservation . I had to drive almost 2 hours away from our destination to find a place to stay. The person at the Hotel was on the phone with a personal call when we arrived and made no attempt to help us in anyway. Never again"
