Great location, quiet! Kudos to that.
However we ran out of the liquid body soap, thinking the daily room attendant (Housekeeping/Maid) would notice, refill/replace it, well this didn't happen so the second day of no liquid body soap I mentioned something to the front desk, so when we got back that evening we found a plastic bag with the bottles sitting on the bathroom counter, not in their proper place on the shower wall. I couldn't replace these because it requires a key to unlock then relock.So I went downstairs and I was told someone would be right up to take care of this.
Yes this was taken care of then. It shouldn't have taken this.
Also concerns at the bar, my wife ordered the same drink 2 different visits a total of 3 orders, each of the same drink was made totally different by the same bartender?
How does this happen?
Also upon checking out we got dinged for Bonvoy tv? No explanation or placcard in the room explaining this.
You know this is a great place, but a lot of missteps prevent it from being a Grand Slam.
