"Very nice hotel. Love the courtyard and fire feature, lobby was very nice. Staff were efficient, rooms serviced every other day. Our room was very nice. Disappointments, no hot tub or sauna, they wouldn't make/sell Starbucks coffee unless it was in the morning for breakfast. They have the equipment, but they refuse to use it when requested. Breakfast is not included. Menu options limited. Staffing at the bar didn't start until possibly 5pm, so you can't purchase anything until then. Water...

"Breakfast was great. Only issue was the slamming door noise from other rooms.

"The first room we got was not great. The shower glass wall was loose and falling off with a lot of mildew around it. There is also a window in the King Suite that has blinds, but no curtains, so sun is up, you’re up.
