There were 5 of us family members travelling through on our way home from a vacation, so we stopped for just 1 night. The hotel is beautiful and offers a little something for everyone - a basketball hoop, pool, outdoor seating area and bar. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the option of the pull-out couch so we didn't have to get 2 rooms. Our only criticism is that the couch was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had.

We were inLouisville for New Years Eve. Staying at Residence Inn was a good choice we made. The suite we stayed in was great. At night it was quiet we could actually sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was so cold! Definitely would been nice to have heated pool as advertised. Breakfast options were lacking. Hotel was quiet and room was nice size. Bedding was not provided for the pull out sofa, that was bummer. Pillows had no support. Overall was decent.

We loved our room, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good, and I really liked the shower! The handle on the back wall- what a great idea! The freeway was a little noisy, but the heater was very noisy! We just turned it off. It was a good stay.

I had some tire trouble early Sunday morning, and when I went to the front desk and asked Mr. Matthews, if there was a tire dealership close by, he checked his computer and found one! We drove about 10 minutes and after an hour, had the tire fixed! I really appreciate the help he gave us and would recommend this hotel highly! Dale
