Great location to the sanctuary and restaurant was fantastic. Hotel was a little rundown, service was a little lacking, and all the spa amenities were in poor shape.

We stayed there for a recent visit to the Lourdes grotto for 3 nights. The location is excellent and the hotel is nice. The restaurant and their servers are A especially, Joseph.

the best part of our stay is their restaurant. it’s a saviour as the area is dead when it’s not peak times. it’s like a ghost town. everything is close hahaha thank goodness their restaurant has an amazing chef!!!

Hôtel superbe l’accueil rien à redire personnel très agréable. Le plus de cette établissement le restaurant que je recommande très bonne table cela fait deux que je descend à cette hôtel.

L'entrée, le restaurant , le bar et la chambre très bien mais piscine intérieure froide, balcon tres mal entretenus car fissures et trous côté jacuzzi. Ca donne pas envie.

Merci pour vos commentaires positifs sur l'entrée, le restaurant, le bar et votre chambre.Pour la piscine, la température à 30C est déjà considérée comme chaude, nous ne pouvons pas dépasser cette température car notre piscine n'est pas un bain thermal. Nous avons bien prévu des rénovations au niveau des balcons près des jacuzzis.Nous prenons en compte vos retours pour améliorer nos installations et espérons vous offrir une meilleure expérience lors de votre prochaine visite.

Un gradito soggiorno, all'insegna del comfort.
Belfry Spa by Ligne St Barth é un Hotel di categoria 5 stelle. È ubicato in una posizione strategica; che consente di raggiungere in breve tempo a piedi il Santuario e la Grotta di Lourdes, nonché di seguire tutto il percorso mariano che porta alla visita delle tre abitazioni di Bernadette (oltre alla visita di altre attrazioni turistiche, quali ad esempio il Museo delle Cere ed il Castello). Stanza spaziosa ed accessoriata; dotata di comodo letto matrimoniale con relativo disimpegno ed ampio bagno. La struttura offre inoltre una zona Spa nella quale rilassarsi. Buona la Colazione proposta (con scelta dal dolce al salato). L’intero Staff é: professionale e competente, disponibile ed amichevole. In questo senso gradirei ricordare le sig.re Marie e Marisa della reception (check-in e check-out velocissimi), il sig. Bruno della Sala ristorante (ad ogni modo tengo a ringraziare tutto il personale, veramente qualificato e degno di considerazione). CONSIGLIATO!

There is nothing good about this property. Rooms are small, limited restaurant menu, astroturf vs. carpet in many areas and the spa is far from a spa. This place is smoke and mirrors, not a 5 star hotel and was misrepresented.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Team in guter Lage
Ein wunderschönes Ambiente mit sehr hilfsbereitem Team. Die Lage ist günstig. Von der Grotte und Basilika ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bad riesig. Tolle Ausstattung. Blick auf den Fluß und die Basilika. Schwimmbad gerne genutzt.

Lovely hotel
WOW! What a lovely place and as for the staff, just as lovely. This hotel was comfortable, and had just about everything if needed. We will be returning soon to Lourdes, France and will be staying at the this hotel again, unless they are sold out.

From the time we checked in staff was pleasant and helpful our room wasn't ready yet due to our early arrival but we went to an african restaraunt near by which was great highly recommend considering my mother is from a west african island and she enjoyed everything. Since our main pourpose was to visit the Grotto the property was very near by. I would highly recommend the Belfry and the restaraunt though only opened for breakfast and dinner, the dinner was outstanding, and a must have is the Osteria caviar m.

This hotel really wants to appear as a luxury property. But it falls short. The pictures online are beautiful but the details are just not refined—poor quality renovations, inattentive staff, sketchy location.

Room service qui frappe très fort à la porte de la chambre et demande de façon désagréable si l’on a besoin se serviettes ou de papier toilette vers 18 heures …!!!! Jamais vu avant …. SPA très décevant , service pas pro sauf petit déjeuner et dîner , service décevant pour un cinq étoiles , sinon belle chambre , très propre .

Dans tous les 5 étoiles il y a un service supplémentaire qui s'appelle le service de couverture, où nous passons entre 18h et 20h pour préparer votre chambre pour la nuit et vous changer vos serviettes ou autre, c'est un service supplémentaire pour améliorer votre séjour donc nous sommes tristes d'apprendre que cela vous a dérangé. Nous sommes désolés si vous avez trouvé le service décevant, mais vous remercions pour les compliments sur la chambre et la propreté.

Nous venons de séjourner dans cet hôtel pour le week-end. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, dont une chambre quadruple. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et je tiens à signaler que le personnel est très professionnel et agréable cependant nous avons été très déçus de la prestation. Arrivés dans notre chambre, nous nous apercevons que le côté adultes ne dispose pas de télévision, la chambre est sombre et dans notre salle de bain il manque le pare baignoire et un joint pend dans le vide. Lorsque nous allumons la télévision côté enfants, celle-ci ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons demandé à l'accueil de la réparer et après une attente de 30mn, nous avons abandonné car nos enfants devaient se coucher. Ce matin nous avons été réveillés par un enfant qui courait joyeusement à 7h30 du matin dans la chambre du dessus. L'insonorisation n'est pas du tout optimale. Concernant les parties communes, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jaccuzi car sur les 3, un ne fonctionnait pas et les deux autres étaient pris. Nous avons signalé ces désagréments à la réception en demandant un geste commercial car cette nuit nous a couté 700€ pour les deux chambres 30€ de parking et nous avons pris des consommations au bar mais cette demande a été refusée prétextant que seul le responsable de l'hôtel (absent) pouvait prendre cette décision. Celui-ci nous a répondu de manière très agressive ne remettant pas en cause les dysfonctionnements de son établissement. Manifestement il devrait changer de métier….

Bonjour,Merci pour les points positifs évoqués concernant l'accueil, mais nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour. Concernant la télévision, il n'est jamais évoqué qu'il y a deux télévisions dans la chambre, mais nous nous excusons d'avoir pris trop de temps pour régler la télévision qu'il y avait. Pour le jacuzzi, ils sont habituellement jamais tous occupés en même temps, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas pu en profiter. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu profiter de la piscine et du reste du spa et que vous avez apprécié d'autres aspects de l'hôtel.
