I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."

"I stayed for 6 days at Stratos Vassilikos Hotel this year. Everything was great, and the complementary hairstyling service right in the hotel was incredible - making me look so good in the sightseeing pictures. I rate this hotel higher than the Crowne plaza (5-star), and probably higher than the Marriot in downtown Athens. I absolutely loved the Stratos Vassilikos Hotel."

"Location was little away but 6-7 min uber ride was all we needed. Hotel is very busy. Naturally I guess gives the feeling of not super clean. Don’t look under the bed you will not be able to sleep. I just wish staff were little more friendly. Little more clean with detail. Towels and sheets super clean. View from the roof top is spectacular."

"The hotel was perfect for us! We had to meet our cruise ship the next day which from the hotel was a 5 minute taxi ride! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful. Cant beat the price! I slept like a baby!! We had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. Definitely would use this hotel again for another cruise."

"The room with kitchenette was perfect for us. Spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the metro lines and convenient to go to the Acropolis, the museum and Plaka. There is a great bakery two blocks from the hotel worth a few visits. The area is being cleaned up and reasonably safe."

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and was the perfect way to start each day. The dining area features beautiful views of the Acropolis and Monastiraki Square, making breakfast even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and many of Athens' most popular attractions. I would definitely recommend staying...

"Clean room and large breakfast selection. Slow WiFi in rooms compared to lobby. About a 10 minute walk from the Placa, but that just means it was much more quiet than staying down there."
