"Courtney at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and nice. The chair in our room was very wobbly, she found us a replacement right away. The carpet had some spots on it, but the room had a couch and a desk and chair. It was noisy. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was great."

"We stayed there for couple of nights, everything was great!!! The room was clean, and comfortable, the front desk outstanding. Mr Paul checked us in, helped us correcting a mistake I made on line, came at my breakfast table to ask me how everything was, if I was satisfied. Mr Sanyaj, the manager was always present making sure all clients were satisfied. I left my jacket in the closet, and again they were very prompt in making sure the jacket would find its way back to me. I strongly suggest this hotel for your stop in Ardmore. We will be back."

"Amazing adventure! Book the Tranquility Cabin and the Serenity Slot experience! We’re still on a high from this experience! It was an absolutely amazing adventure that exceeded every single one of our expectations. The entire process was seamless and incredibly well-organized. The guides/hosts were phenomenally knowledgeable, patient, and full of infectious energy that made the day even more special. It balanced pure excitement with wonderful hospitality, leaving both of us completely captivated. It was genuinely a life-disrupting, beautiful memory that we will treasure forever. Don't even hesitate—just book it! For us, we’re looking forward to arranging to bring more family with us next time for a possible giraffe adventure!
