"I booked this hotel at the end of a long trip as a treat for the family. It wasn't until we'd booked in that we were informed that the Pool (our main motivation for choosing this location) is not available to under 18's and in additional would be an extra cost on top of our accomodation to access. This info was nowhere to be seen on any of the booking information. This was so disappointing for my family who were really looking forward to some swimming in the heat of summer and relaxation time....

"I was shocked by the facilities and maintenance level of the hotel. There are molds in bathroom, wall, curtains, etc. and the room smells stinky. There is no fan in bathroom so the moisture from night shower seems to stay there overnight even till morning. Room is so tiny that there is hardly space after I put my luggage. Overall experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this to anyone till all hotels in Shibuya have been sold out."
