"Bed sheets rough material, AC not working properly, hair dryer was hanging on back of bathroom door when I took it out couldn’t use since someone had smashed it and taped it back together. Also ask for receipt and was told it would come from Expedia . Pillow’s very comfortable. "

"Our room smelled like urine. We didn’t really start smelling it until the middle of the night. I believe someone has either pee’d in the carpet or had a dog in the room that may have peed and didn’t clean it. We also didn’t have washcloths to bathe with. Only 2 washcloths and towels for 4 people in our room and when we asked for more there weren’t any, causing us to spend even more money to go buy some just so we could shower. Highly disappointed. "Roaches crawling all over the bathroom soon as your turn the light on. Room linen was never changed. Mold on, all in the bathroom ceiling and shower walls. Mold in the bedroom ceiling. Smelled of cigarettes, through out the hotel. Near the airport but a terrible area."
