"Wendy at the front desk was great, however it's an old hotel. The rooms smell, the public bathroom on the first floor - the doors struggle to close and open. The worst part, is the water was shut off when we arrived (could not shower), then came back on and the water was brown...for quite some time. You didn't want to brush your teach or wash your face. "The hotel was great. The staff were great and helpful. The food was really good. It’s a little hard to get to the hotel from the airport even though it was advertised to be an airport hotel. Also, I expected to have an airport view room but I was located on the other side of the hotel. I would like for them to advertise their rooms as airport view or not. Other than that, the hotel was great."

"Cleaning staff needs to do better with cleaning there were a family of fruit flies in my room and front desk provides poor customer service when it comes to communication for breakfast or any other amenities in the hotel."

"Hotel is being renovated so some areas are in disarray. We were put in room 515 first but AC wasn’t working. Brought to the attention of front desk staff who were very apologetic and moved us to a new room. Although hotel is close to airport you can’t hear the planes. Slept great. Good price for the room we got."
