"Upon arrival, I waited over an hour for a key card due to system issues. When I finally received a key to room #1, I discovered the room was occupied. The second room #2 was given and it was also occupied. I was ultimately placed in room#3, but because of the delays I had to rush to my scheduled event.
When I returned to my room after midnight, the toilet would not flush. With no maintenance on-site, I was transferred to yet another room#4 at around 2:00 AM. This resulted in significant disruption, lost rest, and overall frustration.
Despite these repeated issues, I did not receive any form of compensation—no credit, discount, points, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused."
