"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "

"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. "Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back.

"The place was amazing and in a quiet location on Lake Como. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the restaurant was great. The private parking garage is a huge bonus. The only complaint I had, and I can't really even call it that, is that I thought the pool was for the whole hotel. I misunderstood that it's only available to two of the rooms. Had I known that I would have rented one of those rooms. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing!"
