"The room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful, allowed us to stay in the car park and use the waterpark even after we checked out. The breakfast and evening meal was superb. Our only complaint was that my children were unable to use the gaming room and no one could explain why or when it opened back up. Overall an amazing hotel, location and staff"

"Great location , wonderful breakfast buffet , front desk staff were difficult to deal with. The garage door for the parking would not work and we were stuck in the garage for 30 minutes with no answer at the front desk phone. The female front desk agent was unpleasant , unwelcoming and would not listen when we told her the garage door would not open. Why is the out door pool closed without providing notice to the guest? We would have booked somewhere else if we knew the outdoor pool would be closed."
