"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. "The property was fine but at 20 minutes bus ride out of town and not a lot around it as it’s a commercial area. It would have been better to stop in town? The place was clean tidy and fine for one night. Chur is not some where I would stayed for more nights but we came off the glacier express to go to Lucerne which was amazing place."
