"I stay here almost exclusively on my annual visits to Key West. Staff is always super helpful, courteous & polite. The "Venetian" pool is so impressive with its design & the shell fountains, plus the surrounding outdoor bar & breakfast buffet area is has a super local/island feel. The rooms are always in great condition, very clean & well stocked. I love how the hotel is elevated so there are so many parking spots underneath to provide cover. The continental breakfast is fantastic! I'll be back...

"Room was clean. Even though it’s a little bit from Duval st. There is a free shuttle. Kim is awesome. I’d stay there solely to have her shuttle us downtown."

"Property is beautiful, has lots of games on site, room was renovated, clean, and spacious; hotel has shuttle to and from the resort. Shuttle drivers are amazingly fun and helpful with tips! Staff is friendly and cordial, and we were served champagne at arrival!"

"I give 5 star ratings. Few suggestions for the hotel management, air-conditioning machine shouldn't be with bed as it makes u freeze. Potato was not fresh in breakfast. Overall i will give 5 star rating, the ambience the staff,everything like shuttle to downtown. Superrr experience "
