"Place was unmanned so was abit of a hassle to check in rooms very very dated shower leaking badly through the toilet wall. wall and roof paint was terrible the grounds where dirty. old mattresses dump down the side of the building the bath was capped off and only heating was a wherehouse heater for the whole appointment"

"Room, staff, and parking all good. Didn't use the kitchen. The unit was actually very good and I would happily stay there again. However, check-in was terrible. We rang in the afternoon and were assured we could arrive at 9pm. We did arrive at 8.45pm when it was dark - glad it wasn't raining. YOU NEED TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE WHERE TO FIND RECEPTION - up the road in the next block!!!!!!!"
