The Sebel Wellington Lower Hutt
Booked a river view room at a higher price. I wouldn't class the room as river view had to stand in the corner of the bedroom to get a glimpse of the river. Hotel was not busy booked for two nights via expedia, felt they gave us this room because we paid less.

Ava Lodge
Super comfortable and clean room, we had the most enjoyable stay. Excellent room layout and size. Within 10 minutes of walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay at Ava Lodge again!
