"What a suprise! I come to Buffalo for Live Music quite often and have avoided staying here because of what some one said many, many years ago. That's totally on me. I had to make a very last minuet booking and what a surprise. Every part of the stay was excellent. The parking was secure and free. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property and room was spotless and obviously had been renovated. Coffee, Fridge and huge TV made all the checkpoints. Small bathroom but beautiful...

"Unfortunately, the hotel was over booked so they had to put us up in a different hotel. While the new hotel was nice it was further away from our destination and required us to drive and pay for parking daily."

"Our suite was excellent and well-equipped. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a funeral; however, this room would be perfect for a lengthier stay as it included all the necessities. It came with a microwave, a good sized refrigerator/freezer, dishes, and pots and pans. It even had a dishwasher! (Other suites we’ve had included the dorm sized fridge with the useless tiny freezers). Excellent!"

"The floor in the Shower stall was chipped and didn’t look clean to me. They said it just needed painting. I didn’t think it was professional to rent out a room in that condition. "The were amazing! So helpful and kind. They helped quickly when a group of baseball kids were in town and kept playing and running by my room. They understood and without hesitation changed my room. My tea/coffee pot wasn't working and they quickly got me a new one. They answered all of my questions with kindness and care. I did not get the in hotel food, but it looked and smelled great. Many restaruants around the area. Don't listen to anyone who says that Buffalo employees are not kind. They...
