"It was our 2nd stay here. Clean, comfy and quiet rooms once more. Refrigerator, microwave and safe are a big win too. Subway station is opposite the hotel. Had a minor leak in the shower which was repaired within 5 minutes of notifying reception. The reception team was great with check-in, check-out and other needs. Will return again. "

"The Hotel is in a great area and walkable to lots of subways. Very clean and friendly staff. They even booked our cab back to the airport. Definitely would stay there again. Much better experience than staying in Times Square. The food choices were great too"

"Very convenient to everything: coffee shops, the new Printemps store, ferries to Staten Island and Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, etc. The area is undergoing change so you will see a lot of construction and barricades. "

"The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before they stopped trying to come in."
