"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for...

"The room was extremely small the staff was rude and the room itself was dirty upon arrival. When I asked to be switched the front desk person told me nothing else was available 0/10 the area was completely unsafe and I saw someone sniffing coke in the hallway. Never again !!! A park bench is a safer option"

"This was hands down one of the best places to stay in NYC. Felt safe, great location, awesome staff, amazing amenities, very clean, beautiful rooftop, loved the gym as well as the laundry room. Luxury vibe, comfortable bed, 5 stars! Can’t wait to be back. Our 10 year old enjoyed it was well."
