"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"The room was very clean. There is no refrigerator. I had left overs from dinner but no where to put them. There appeared to be a small refrigerator but it was not cold. I asked the clerk, she said it was a "cooling drawer" but it wasn't cool. I told her that, she didn't have much to say. There is also no microwave in the room to warm food if there were leftovers. The room was quite small, very little vanity top space but it is in downtown. The neighbor Italian restaurant was magnificent for dinner. Breakfast to order was marginal, food wasn't served very warm. Had the buffet the next day but the food wasn't very warm either. Coffee was barely warm both days. During check in, I was first told no rooms were ready at 3 pm. We sat in the lobby, saw another woman walk up and check in. My wife decided to try to check in and the other clerk gave her a room. Elevators were very slow. Plan on 10 minutes or more to travel the elevator. Location was very convenient to many amenities. "
