"The location was good as there was an orange line around the corner; so getting around was pretty easy. It was a busier corner and if you had to walk at night, coming from the South felt a little dicy. Otherwise, good location. The doormen were always very nice, particularly Carl. Matthew and Joanna were very nice at the front desk. We did encounter a rude elevator attendant who straight up refused to help us with the touch-screen buttons, which were new to us. We travel frequently but had never seen the touch screen elevator buttons. When it told us to take "C1" but the cars weren't labled with "Cs" anywhere, we were confused, not to mention tired from travel. The last thing we needed was a snarky attendant telling us to "read the signs" and refusing to simply gesture to which elevator to use. We realize he probably gets these question multiple times a day, and that it's not his fault the hotel has a confusing system, but it's definitely not our (the guest's) fault either. It wasn't a positive way to start the trip. We were also disappointed that there was no coffee maker or Keurig in the room. Although it was nice that the hotel offered a credit at the coffee shop in the lobby, the coffee there was expensive, so you always spent more than the stipend so no money was actually saved. The room was quiet enough and the bed very comfortable. We also appreciated the car service to the airport. "
