"I was awakened at 6:30 a.m. by music blaring from a loudspeaker on the outside wall of the hotel just below my rooms window. The loudspeaker belongs to a restaurant and the hotel has no control over it. If you end up in an odd numbered room on the second or third floor, you will experience this also. I didn't realize this after my first night there because I was out the door by 6:30 a.m. If I had, I would have asked for a room on the back side of the hotel. "We were there for the bike ride. They were very cool about letting us keep our bikes In the room and the lobby until our room was ready. Didn’t understand the room lights at all! They were either all off or all all on. Staff was very friendly. One could hear the subway underneath the hotel which was interesting. I only know as I am a light sleeper. You have to love NY, noise 24/7 "

"The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"
