"Loved the location! However, there is no place to really relax in the lobby. There is one couch and a coffee maker. It wasn’t inviting at all. When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioning in the room we booked (a deluxe king) wasn’t working so they were going to upgrade us to two queens. It wasn’t an upgrade at all. The room was smaller. We were on our honeymoon and didn’t need two smaller beds. One of the beds was in a tiny room all by itself. I guess if we were fighting, it might...

"Great one week stay! Renovated rooms are nice and very quiet. Being quite close to the elevator I was concerned I would hear a lot of noise - and I didn't hear anything, which tells you the rooms have great soundproofing. A couple of things (slow elevators and low shower pressure) could be better, but not deal-breakers by any means. It's a really nice hotel in a great location with close walks to restaurants, a grocery store and a couple of subway stations. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Room was clean. Personal allowed reasonable flexibility of checkout times. The kitchen of the flat was well equipped and had a gas range. Overall the rooms were large. One, however, has to consider that the windows are not that thick which allows some outdoor noise to enter the bedrooms. Yet, this is not a large problem, as the financial district is not that lively at night."
