10/10 Excellent

"We were in Bayeux for one night on our way to a WWII tour of Normandy. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was clean and perfect for myself, my husband, and our teenager. My only negative is that check in wasn't until 4pm so that made for a long day of carrying our bags around Bayeux while we waited for the hotel to open. Be sure to check out Pizza family a few doors down. Delicious pizza at a fantastic price. We had dinner and then went back the next day for lunch before we caught our train back to Paris."

"It was in a good location. Upstairs was small but doable. Downstairs bath smelled moldy. Staff on works 6-hours a day with two hours off for lunch. I had trouble with the WiFi password they gave me at 7pm. No one was there to help. Next day they told me that it sometimes doesn't work. I said there was no one to help me. The lady told me they have a life too."

"We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms smell like a septic tank. Room 103 in the shower all you could get was extremely hot water which made it hard to take a shower and there was no heat in the bedroom so the second day was cold and without the heat I had to wear a jacket to bed. The people were nice but the place was differently wasn’t what I expected."
