Chose this property because of brand and reviews AND because there was a pool and hot tub. Our first stay, pool had been drained for cleaning and was unavailable. Second stay both were open. Pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub heater was broken!!! If we hadn't chosen this property for the pool amenities I would give them 4-5 stars."
