The restaurant and bar staff were very efficient and friendly, but room service could be improved. The quality of meals in the restaurant was very good."

"Love the outdoor amenities, like the waterfall, hammocks, and the beautiful garden. However, the rooms need televisions and microwaves. When one has children, a TV would help with entertainment."

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"The property and room were really clean. Water pressure was high, AC worked perfectly. Exactly as advertised. You can hear the ocean while in the pool. Mark checked us in and gave excellent service, facilitating a late checkout. Will definitely stay again. "

"Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night.
