Cari Hotel di Trinidad dan Tobago

"beach was excellent"

"Nice restaurant. Clean room. Nice pool"

"I wouldn’t call this hotel. It’s closer to a hostel. I reserved the hotel for two nights, but it was so bad. I left after one night even though I paid for two."

"We only stayed one night at Blue Waters as part of a tour of the island. It proved a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The facilities were very good and we slept very well. All rooms have a sea view and are well appointed. The restaurant offered an international menu. The food being of a high standard. We'd happily have spent longer there."

"The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

"Highly recommend."

"I booked a room for my mom at the Bacolet Beach resort as an early Christmas gift. From the moment I saw the pictures of the room she was assigned I was terribly disappointed almost to the point of writing the hotel to assign her a different room. It looked like none of the Bay Room pictures on the expedia site in terms of decor. The rest of the facilities I was told matched previous reviews which I unfortunately read too late. The pool was murky. The beach furniture was dirty and the grounds in...

"I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

"To be honest with everybody the people who do the housekeeping they do excellent service they're really nice and they always willing to provide good service. But the people who service at the restaurant are very rude"

"I was supposed to stay for 10 nights . However due to the bad conditions of the room I was assigned I only spent one night . There was no management available at the time of my checkout so I was advised to email them which I did . Until now no respond and no refund for my 9 unused nights. I am very skeptical to use Expedia for my future bookings cause my refunds and compensation for bad experiences are not guaranteed. Overall my experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I am still...

"Great location and good hotel"

"Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent. Only issue or upgrade Kapok should consider is placing a screen from the elevator to the corridor to access the pool and make it more private.it is too exposed. Overall the stay was great"

"The restaurant service staff and the food was great. Beautiful property and the room was well maintained."
