"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk...

"Habitación limpia, desayuno rico"

"There is no privacy. They only had day layer curtains no opaque blackout blinds I found out. Only other option was a room with no windows or forced to upgrade. Only I had"

"The room is air-conditioned and suited my two nights. The location was ideal very close to food stores."

"The staff was extremely helpful."

"My stay was quite relaxing. The atmosphere was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and reliable. The view was breathtaking."

"I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. "

"The stay was great. The location to the Queens Park Savannah was what we needed to get great food at nights. The room was very updated and clean. The entire property was so peaceful. I will definitely book another stay when traveling and I will recommend to others as well. Thank you Staff!"

"The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional"

"If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi."

"Clean and comfortable room, Staff super nice,"

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...
