"We were contacted around the time of check-in and advised we were upgraded from a small queen room to a lovely cottage. The air-conditioning was left on for us and we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary dessert wine. "

The beds are soooo comfortable and we love the house, the quality touches like the beautiful decor, the complimentary loose leaf tea and coffee machine and the breakfast balcony. Such a special experience to visit Morpeth."

"Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return."

"Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off."
