"I was extremely disappointed with this hotel - we checked out two days early. It is at best a 3 star hotel. Only stay if you get a cheap deal and don’t expect 5 star service or standards. The WiFi doesn’t work we had to use 5G We had to wake up the bar server twice, the first time Christmas songs were played (in March!!) and the second time it was silent and had absolutely no atmosphere. "Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price"

"Three nights in a 'Honeymoon Villa' in Dec 2023. Very spacious room, and balcony with view on the big lotus pond and idyllic rustling of a small stream right under th balcony. Clean room and linnen, nice towels. Bathroom with huge bathtub, really hot water with good water pressure, full ameneties. Good restaurant. Regular free shuttle to town (about 5 km away). Recommende!"

"Les chambres sont joliment décorées. En revanche l’hôtel est globalement moyennement entretenu. Mais ceci est compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. Les deux inconvénients pour moi : - l’hôtel est loin du centre - la salle de sport est très vétuste et sans climatisation"
