Didn't have towels in the room. Had to go to the front desk twice to get towels. No hot water. Internet didn't work very well, it affected watching TV

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy. The curtains had holes that were burnt in them and the place had a mixed smell of smoke and mold.

We were very disappointed for it being a Wyndham property it was very dirty. We had to be switched from rooms twice. Our first room had lamp cord torn, so there was no light and one of the beds was undone. Second room had front door handle broken and toilet clogged with feces still in the toilet..our 3rd room smelled a lot like cigarettes, restroom door did not close and the walls and floor were extremely dirty..we were already running late to our event..didn't have time to get switched yet again..our traveling bags still smelled like cigarette when we got home. We didn't even want to try the breakfast due to how everything else looked. Not worth the price at all.

The condition of the property is uninhabitable. There were holes in the walls of our room. Electrical outlets hanging out of the walls. The pool had a septic oder coming from the holes in the black tarp covering it. I dont even have to mention the cleanliness...disgusting. We didn't chance putting out bags down. We immediately booked any other hotel we could get on a sold out night of George Straight. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I booked a room in advance. The description of the room was appealing. When I entered late in the evening nobody was at the desk. I knocked on the desk and spoke but there was no reply. I spoke a little louder, still no reply. So I shouted but still no reply. Then a hotel employee appeared and complained that I should not be shouting. I signed in and went to the room. It had a disgusting smell, really nasty. There was a commercial fan on the floor that appeared to be designed to sit on the floor which had no apparent beneficial effect. The amenities listed on the website were not present. No TV, no coffee maker, no iron, no safe, no hairdryer, no refrigerator. There was a cigarette butt in the toilet bowl. The toilet flushed just fine but the water ran continuously. Some of the rooms appeared to have permanent residents. I went back to the desk and asked if another room might be available that was in better condition. I was told “No, they are all the same.” The description on the website might have been accurate 20 or 30 years ago, but the current conditions do not match what is listed. The clerk gave me paperwork to request a refund. I have not acted on this yet. Expedia should not list this property and should not take reservations. I called about 15 hotels in the downtown area and they were all booked solid. I ended up staying at a hotel with a bad reputation that was just barely adequate but was a major improvement over the Baymont.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I’ve stayed in a LOT of places, and this one takes the cake… the FIRST room they put me in had a clogged sink, dirty rags on the counter, no lampshade, just a bare bulb, and TRASH on the floor… went to the front desk, and requested a room change… SECOND room they attempted to put me in, I could not access- the locks didn’t work and the entire keyhole/ peephole was MISSING so there was a literal HOLE in the door… went back to the front desk, and got a THIRD room, right beside the second room… this one had NO WORKING ELECTRIC- NO LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM, NO SHOWER CURTAIN, TV HANGING OFF THE WALL, DIRT ALL OVER THE FLOOR, AND BROKEN LOCKS!!! I went back to the front desk and turned in the key cards, there was NO WAY I FELT SAFE STAYING HERE and went to another CLEAN, SAFE hotel and THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME!!! I took picture evidence of all of this, and will be following up!!!

We checked in, went to the room and immediately went back to the office and told them that we could not stay there. The manager was very nice and professional and immediately refunded our money. Very old and not well kept property.

Había cucarachas en el cuarto de baño y por la habitación. El estado del cuarto de baño era lamentable, solo corría un hilo de agua.Y me dijeron que no me podían dar una toalla, que se les habían acabado!!! Las sabanas sucias y con msmchas. Dormí tres horas vestido y encima de la colcha, lo suficiente para descansar mínimamente y poder seguir conduciendo y despues salí huyendo. El peor sitio en el que he estado en mi vida y eso que he viajado durante los años setenta y ochenta del pasado siglo con mochila y por todos los continentes. Una auténtica vergüenza.

This property deserves ZERO stars, but that’s not an option. The first room reeked of smoke, the second reeked of urine. The bathtubs and sinks were dirty, the hairdryer had black oil on the handle and didn’t work, there were exposed wires, literal dirt and pet hair all over the floor and furniture. Every front door to the rooms looked like multiple break-in attempts had occurred. Here’s the best part, the manager immediately accepted that the place was disgusting and told me he did not charge me and to follow-up with Expedia. He printed an invoice showing $0 balance. That invoice was a scam, even printed with a future date to make it look like I stayed longer than the 10 minutes it took me to determine the place was disgusting. Expedia is saying the property did not refund me, and there is nothing they can do. This property is a complete scam. DO NOT pay for a room here!!!

I cancelled on the spot. Super dirty. Tobacco and marijuana odor. I usually don't post reviews but this was unacceptable. No isues with canceling at the property.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, cigarette smell, dog poop, spit balls, dirty toilet paper, dirty hand towel no bath towels, I could go on & on. My worst hotel experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! Manager said I should ask for a refund but at 1am you can’t get a room anywhere until later that day.
