"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. "The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. "I really enjoyed staying in Westin hotel in Langkawi. I extended my stay there for two more days. The room was nice and clean. Outdoor pool was really nice facing the sea view. "What an IDYLLIC place to stay while vacationing on this beautiful island of Langkawi. The owner/manager Mr. T is super friendly as are the entire staff. Mr. T knows Langkawi like the back of his hand, and will guide you to every attraction in Langkawi. For the price we paid, we were surprised that breakfast was included. "Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "
