"Went to Harris for children’s school holiday during CNY. One of the best places in Batam for families filled with activities and friendly staff. The rooms are dated and in need of an update or TLC but decent enough if your focus is outside activities. We partakes in jet skiing, massages, kids club, and pools. All well staffed and well suited to keep kids happy. One notable gap was the breakfast service which costs extra. Ending at 10:30 we arrived at 9:40 to find few options available with lots...

"Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...
