Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. "

"The hotel is easy on the wallet and near attractions such as the Grand Batam Mall and Pasar Penuin Wet Market. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful especially Adelina who left us with a deep impression of her service-orientedness. "

"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. The AC is just outside the window and you’ll hear the noise throughout the night. The only good thing is the location, really near to eateries, massage plaves and shopping mall. Although the room is cheap, I won't be staying here again."
