Grand Batam Mall is accessible and sheltered via level 5.

The location is very good, in between chinese wet markets and 2 shopping malls - BCS and Grand Batam Mall. From our hotel, we are also able to see Singapore's MBS!!! Magnificant! But the bad thing is that the breakfast was too cold, not warm at all, didnt really take the 2nd day breakfast because it was quite bad. Hope they can improve on the food. Overall good stay!

The room is well as it is still rather a new hotel after covid period

So good on my first visit I extend stay. Although I kept the same room the room keys got switched off. But it was no serious problem. Great hotel friendly staff. I would happily stay there again. Gerry..UK

Just 1 month open, So far okay

very near Nagoya shopping centre 5min walk from back gate. Breakfast was good

Very comfortable stay for 4 days as usual. l always like this hotel as they have big rooms and common areas ,home away from home.

The room and toilet were clean. Location of the hotel was very convenient to the A2 seafood place, BCS mall and Grand Batam Mall. The market to get dried food was also nearby. All were within walking distance. Had a plesant stay overall.

The staff is pleasantly courteous

Recepcienist her name start with 'S'(female), she forgot to re-scan our room card key after we extend 1 more night to stay. The staff 'S'(male), did our pedi n meni, the worst experience ever, it was not properly done. He just simply applied the nail color with spoiled product, as we picked the colors we want all spoiled, i think probably the rest of the nail color is spoiled too.
