"The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity"

"The staff was courteous, especially Kumar, and I am assuming his son. The rooms were clean, and smelled fine. The floors took a little while to warm up, but other than that, climate control in the room worked great. I would visit this establishment again."

"We booked for two nights visiting family in the area. This place should not even be open. Mold in bathroom (along with crayon markings on tile and door), filthy air vent, Plaster falling off outside of bathroom wall, very unsanitary and felt unsafe. We DID NOT stay the second night. I will see what the Corporate office will do. Super 8 should not allow this disrepair to go unnoticed. "
