"We felt the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were helpful with navigating us to interesting sites in Lucca and suggest more scenic towns to visit. Our room was outstanding an we were very comfortable. The spa was a plus. The B&B is fitted with state of the art access control and we were free to access the common areas if needed. "The check in was fine but thereafter we were on our own. The shower drain was clogged and it became difficult to use without water overflowing on to the floor area.
The part time receptionist was lovely and helpful with recommendations but after her shift no one was at the site. Street parking was not available and we had to pay extra for the hotel lot.
The air conditioning did not work well as we could not adjust the temperature. The location, like everything in Lucca was fine."

La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité.
Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique.

Sadly, this hotel was a huge let-down. The only positive points for us were that the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean enough, and it was dark and quiet enough for sleeping.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very old and tired inside. The hallways and other areas have stickers and patches everywhere, seemingly covering holes and damage in the flooring and walls, which really adds to the run-down feel.
