The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "For a short stay, a nice property. There’s a main reception hall where the restaurant is, and you check in there. The actual rooms are at a separate building, a large renovated farm house, about 5 mins drive from the reception hall. There are three levels of rooms, with a main entrance room for lounging or eating (water is available for purchase, plates and silverware and microwave are free). "
