"It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the hotel is also perfectly placed with easy access to everything in Lucca. The room was perfect and we were able to leave our bags at reception while the room was being finished. Would recommend."

"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Perfectly placed for walking to everything you need nearby. Only complaint would be the noisy air conditioning unit in the room. Had to turn it off but lead to a sleepless night due to heat in room. Tried opening windows but didn't cool room down. Only stayed 2 nights so don't complain about it. Hotel was full"

"Fue algo confuso porque no leí que el check in personal estaba hasta las 7pm y llegamos 6:40pm que ya no había nadie, así que al comienzo fue difícil sin mucho acceso al teléfono y no sabíamos que teníamos que entrar con clave. Sin embargo una excelente villa, súper servicio, buenos cuartos y buena ubicación. Recomendable 100%"
